Overview

TRUE Acid – PC

TRUE Acid is MIXER of an organic carboxylic acid buffer which replaces acetic acid – 99.9% for pH controlling of dyeing and washing process of the fabrics like cotton, cotton mix polyester and reducing the cost of glacial acetic acid.

Acetic Acid 99.9 %: 1 Kg. = Green Acid 1 Kg.
Chloride (C1-1) and sulphate (So4-2) are absent.

Properties:

Bio Degradability: Completely Bio – degradable and eco friendly
Application:

  • Green Acid : 1.0 to 1.5 GPL (Depends on the hardness & TDS of the water)
  • Comparison chard between Green Acid and Acetic Acid 99.9%
  • Water condition should be pH 7.3, TH : 270 PPM, TDS : 800 PPM
Overview

TRUE ACID- NP

True Acid NP is Applicable in Nylon, Wool, synthetic Fiber and dyeing process  where the requirement of low Ph 3.5 or Less.it’s acid buffer solution low cost and economical range.

Properties and fields of application:-

  • Very Good Neutralization of residual alkali even inside fibers.
  • More effective neutralization than with volatile acids such acetic acid & Formic acid
  • Very Good Bio-degradability.
General Properties:-

General Technical Notes on Application.

  • Major advantage compared with volatile acids if process water is alkaline.
  • Successful neutralization of bleached cellulosic articles, leading to a significant improvement in whiteness.
  • Can be applied in continuous and discontinuous processes
  • Ensure a neutral pH on the goods and thus improves levelness and reproducibility of dyed materials.
  • Improves resin finishing conditions by ensuring that goods have a neutral Ph.
  • Can be used effectively in softening baths.
  • Good Dispersing action to remove impurities caused by hard water
  • Lower chemicals oxygen demand(COD)than Acetic Acid.
Properties:-
General Properties:-

Amounts Required.

The amounts required depend on the amount of residual alkali to be neutralized direct comparison with volatile acids such as acetic acid and formic acid is not possible because the application condition differ considerably. if contact with neutralization liquor is very brief and is followed by drum drying the amount required may be up to 25% less than in conventional neutralization with volatile acids. The neutralization liquor should normally be set at around pH 4-5.
